Being open and vulnerable with our natural selves

Updated: Apr 23, 2021

How can I be vulnerable with myself ? What is my natural divinity ? These questions have been circling my head for sometime and I have allot of passion about this topic. Sometimes it is tough being a black man in today's society heck being a man in general is tough one, we all are pressured from society to be a certain way, express ourselves, and purchase something or be in a certain relationship and this can be true to women as well. Society pushes women to be a certain way, be a specific role, and be in a certain relationship sometimes it's not fair for those that think, feel, express and do things differently from societal norms.

If I have one message for this blog is that it's ok to be vulnerable with our natural selves and when I mean being vulnerable I don't mean being a walking doormat to societal norms or from those that want to control or do us harm. What I mean by being vulnerable is to be in a natural state that feels original to your mind, body and spirit that is beautiful, appreciative and understanding and when someone can tap into this state of well being the reward from it can be worthwhile and amazing.
