With everything that is going on right now in today's society in general about the state of our overall health there are allot of fear based messages that are being displayed and implanted in us from mainstream tv, podcasts, radio stations and social media sites and it's unfortunate that we as an conscious collective have to hear, listen, read and watch these fear based messages. Fear can have a heavy effect on our energy centers when we give our own emotions, energy and time to certain messages that are being displayed and as an artist, content creator and a healer, i want to help people shift their fear based perspectives & help them evolve and raise their own vibration in their own way. Our bodies, emotions, minds and spirits can be heavily influenced by what we consume, listen, read and watch on a daily basis and as a leader & a student of alternative health and growth i want to help people learn about natural solutions in their own way that benefits their own overall health and relationships with people and today i want to share 7 simple tips that can help us stay healthy on a daily basis & help us learn a new perspective in our own minds & hearts.










1. Don't listen, read or watch anything that is fear based to our bodies, hearts and minds.



2. Always do your best to connect with your own breath, heart and mind to help you come to a state of calmness & groundness with your true self.



3. Do your best to stay active, moving with your own body & rest in a way that feels comfortable and right in your own experience.



4. Do your best to consume nutritious & natural foods that can help nourish your body in your own way that feels right to your experience & perspective.



5. Always do your best to keep up with your daily hygiene routines in your own way that benefits your own health and your relationships with other people.



6. Always do your best to have fun in your own creativity pursuing your dreams and goals that you always wanted to do.



7. Try your very best to connect with people that truly appreciate and understand you fully in a way that all parties are creating and holding space for each other for absolute beautiful growth.
