The way we practice self care in our own lives is so powerful & it can take us far in life in so many ways & nobody has the power to take that away from us. Self care is more than just doing yoga, using medicinal plants or playing video games, there are alot of other practices that we can do to enrich our self care practice in so many ways & i want to share any self care tips that we can take for the new year for years to come 🙏🏾🥰🌎☮️☯️🌈✨💕💯.















Have Fun




When we take the time to have fun in our own self care practice, we allow ourselves to bring joy into not only in our own lives, but also in our loved ones lives & all around our environment.















Relax & Rest






When we allow ourselves to relax & rest in our self care practice/routine, we allow ourselves to heal & restore ourselves in so many ways that we can release anything that no longer serves us to make room for anything that can serve us now.
















Journal & Reflect On Our Priorities







When we start to journal & reflect on any priorities that are truly important for us in our lives, we allow ourselves to be present & take life more seriously & make time for anything that is truly important in our lives.
