How we can tap into our inner bliss in our own lifestyles

Like all living things and life living on earth we all have living energy inside us. Whether it is a dozen flowers growing in a field or in a garden, a tree with multiple roots that are planted in the ground to a single heartbeat, thought, and a step from a living and thinking organisms such as human beings. We all have a purpose on earth and we all have the right to express, think and live life to the fullest extent of our abilities. Sometimes when life gets of of control or chaotic for us it can have a pernicious effect on our bodies, minds, and spirits and it can slow down our potential as free and individualistic beings.

In this blog I'm going to show, express and share my knowledge of wellness that can help tap into our inner bliss for our bodies, minds, and spirits for ourselves, the people we love and adore and the planet as well. Feel free to comment on anything that have posted on here I love to learn something new, healthy and authentic from you all and your advice and feedback are much appreciated.

1. EMBRACE OUR INNER NERD 🤓

Whether it's from cooking your favorite dish, playing your favorite game or creating another painting we all have passions that we are passionate about and it can be very helpful and healthy for us to express it in a healthy way.

2. EMBRACE OUR AUTHENTIC ENERGIES ☀️

Like all living energy that exists within us all we all want to express it anyway we can and anyone can do that in a healthy and authentic way whether it is from dancing to your favorite music, meditating your chakras with meditation and yoga and spending time with nature.

3. LEARNING ABOUT THE BEAUTY OF OUR INTEGRATED SPIRITS 🖤💟

We all know that life isn't perfect and neither are we as a society and species on planet earth. Our actions, choices and decisions effect us each day and its very important to appreciate as well as be responsible of our actions. Whether you're a man or a woman we all have good and evil inside us all and being aware and conscious of our actions can be very helpful for us and we need to accept the responsibility of our actions and face our consequences in a healthy way so that we can grow as a healthy species on earth.

4. VALUING OUR SELF WORTH

Just because we're integrated with good and evil energies doesn't mean that we should devalue our self worth as individuals and embracing and loving ourselves deeply and authentically to the best of our ability can be very healthy for us whether you're a man or a woman appreciating your inner divine.
